Most club apps were built as a marketing surface. A place to push fixtures, news, and a token loyalty programme. They were never designed to recognise a fan, let alone build a commercial relationship with one. So they became a cost rather than a revenue driver, while third-party platforms quietly built the fan relationships that clubs thought they owned.
Delta3 started from a simple observation: the fan economy already exists. It just lives outside the club. Resale on ticketing marketplaces. Engagement on social platforms. Spending at retailers and bookmakers. The infrastructure to bring it home did not exist as a product. So we built it.
